2026 Ford Explorer ST

Excellent customer service and great pricing without all the frills. I personally don’t need a customer lounge with all the fancy food. I want a good car at a good price and I want to feel like I’m talking with good people. That’s what you will find at Tropical Ford. The salesman, manager and other associates are all good honest people who genuinely want to help you out. Don’t be afraid to ask for a highway test of your vehicle. Jose, his brother, and their manager helped us out so much to get a good reliable car at a great price for our family ?? Plus, they were all super sweet and friendly to my son. I wanted to take some time and share my incredible experiences at Tropical Ford, not once but twice with the same salesperson Michael Torres! To top this off both times with the slick, quick, smooth, MACHE all electric! I met Michael in late 2020 when I wanted to check out the MACHE. I knew almost nothing about the electric cars, but Michael impressed me with his knowledge about them and he took the time to sit down with me and explain the all the specs and different options. When my car arrived, oh man it was ?? and Michael explained how the car worked while we sat in it, then we took it for a test drive before purchase. Michael was very patient as he set up my car for me, explaining as he went along, answering questions. He went through every tab with me until it was 100% completed. And was available anytime after that if I had questions. Fast forward 3 years later April 2024. I went to pick up my MACHE in from its health check, stopped by to say hi to my favorite salesperson Michael. I told him how much I still loved my MACHE and may consider a new one in the future. Well Ford had the best deal going on with 0% APR! He ran some numbers and this worked out perfect ????! A new 2023 MACHE Premium, big battery, just like mine in a beautiful Grabber blue! A nice lower payment too! I told him I would consider the trade and left, however I got one mile up the road and texted him that I was interested and would come back when he was working. Well, Michael offered to come in the next day which was his day off for me to get my new MACHE. They gave me an additional 1K off and a fair trade. Michael stayed after I completed the purchase and set up my car all over again for me, explaining as he went along, he checked on me the next day to make sure everything was still great! I got free charging again from electrify America! Michael is not a pushy salesman, but an incredible one and just appreciate him so much! I love both my MACHEs! I love my new Bronco Sport! I found the one I was interested in online. Tropical Ford also happened to be the closest one to me, so I checked it out. I told Michael what I was interested in and that I was just comparing a few vehicles to see what I liked. He was so nice and so patient. He wasn't pushy. Just answered all my questions and gave me his card. I went to another dealership and the guy didn't listen to word I said. I was ready to return to Tropical Ford just because Michael was so wonderful. The perfect car was a bonus. Each time I came in the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great car buying experience. We just had our first road trip and she was perfect. Thanks for everything!
