Dorian, the salesman who assisted me, was outstanding. His extensive knowledge, friendly mannerism, and straightforward honesty was refreshing and really made the whole new car purchase experience a true pleasure. I believe Dorian is the first and only salesman I have ever felt I could confidently place my trust in, which is really saying something, as negative past experiences buying new cars has tarnished my trust and caused me to be especially cautious, guarded and wary. Additionally, Anthony, the manager, went above and beyond to help me locate the car of my dreams. These two together were instrumental in my decision to make the purchase, and feel excellent about doing so. Thank you Coggin Ford! *The only improvement I can think of is putting a free popcorn machine in the main lobby for customers. This would have helped increase my wife's sunny disposition, by easing her hunger during the time it took to generate and complete all the paperwork.

I just purchased a new F150 at Coggin Ford in Deland and my experience could not have been better. From the moment I walked in the dealership the staff was professional and courteous. My salesperson was Jennifer and she did an fantastic job. The entire team at Coggin worked hard to get me the truck I wanted. Rather than a back and forth negotiation, it was more of a discussion. "Here is what I want and what I can afford to put down and pay." After that Jennifer and the Coggin team went to work. They stretched a bit, and I stretched a bit. In the end I drove out with the model I really wanted which was a step up from what I came in to buy. Awesome experience from start to finish.
