Appreciate Joel White for getting me together on this new ride, he was very fast and great at communicating and made sure the car was full of gas and completely spotless when I picked it up. We have now bought 3 vehicles from Seymour Ford in 9 years. Why? Well, because we have been treated fairly, respectfully, and with a low pressure manner with each meeting/sale. Can't say that's the case at other dealerships. The salesman that keeps us coming back is Joel White! We've known him now for 9 years! His kind, relaxed, professional approach is greatly appreciated! While I am unhappy that it takes a several weeks to get a service appointment at any dealership near me, Seymour Ford was great to deal with. They were quick to diagnose my issues and the repairs were done to my satisfaction. I wish the diagnosis fee was applied to repairs, this and the long wait for a service appointment will keep me from using any dealership for repairs for my vehicles that are no longer under warranty.
