My Husband recently bought a vehicle from Hagerstown Ford. Matt took are of us. He did everything he could to make sure we left the lot with the car we wanted, and affordable payments! He was friendly and well informed of the buying process and everything that comes with that. We are totally satisfied with our purchase and plan to purchase again in the future. If you are in store for a new a car, ask for Matt at Hagerstown Ford! EDIT: ITs been a few weeks since getting our new car. We have since found out that the car, which is a 2022 did not come with a fob, leaving it impossible to lock without sounding alarm off. Been told the fob isnt covered and I need to pay out of pocket. Not happy with that since EVERY 2022 car comes with a fob. I should have had one the day I left the lot.
