2026 Ford Explorer ST 4WD

Excellent service and customer care. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and Amanda advised me that my 12 year old Escape needed some additional work. She was so patient and kind explaining all of the work needed and also indicated that not all of the parts were in stock. I causally mentioned I was considering buying a new Bronco Sport and she put me in as a rental for free while my Escape was in service. I have never had such compassionate service and she was very helpful to let me test drive hopefully my next new car! Thanks again

I had made an appointment ahead of time with Jacob, my service advisor. When I arrived, Jacob greeted me along with paperwork for a loaner car. Throughout the process. Jacob sent me texts as to where they were in the repair process. When repair parts did not arrive in time, I was informed. Jacob contacted me as soon as my vehicle was ready. When I returned to the dealership all of the repairs were 100% complete. My Explorer was clean and I was very happy how quickly the drop off and pick up process went.
