Professional and thorough. Heritage Motors mechanics were significantly more knowledgeable and way better at fixing my truck when compared to my experience at other dealerships in town. They actually listened to my problem and took the time to give me a summary of the work performed. I actually got a chance to talk to the mechanic who actually did the work and he completely understood what my concerns were.
