2027 Ford Explorer ST 4WD

Overall a very great experience, staff is super kind and friendly ,helped get my fiance in a really good vehicle! They streamlined the whole buying process, they were very quick with the process, paper work ect ,I would highly recommend this dealership .

If I could give more than a 5 star I would. I had a not so great experience at another ford dealer so my husband encouraged me to drive to Bob Ferrando and see what they had. We ended up working with Hayden Loomis and ended up leasing our Ford Explorer. I could not be happier with the car and with our experience. Hayden explained everything ( since this is our first time leasing) and truly took care of us and we will forever be thankful and also will be telling everyone we know to come here and ask for him.

I had a wrench come up on my screen. The service Arlin and Kalin got me right in. It was my starter mechanisms inside. The guys in service fixed it within a day and I was very happy it was covered under my warranty yet. Very polite, kind and understanding. I only go to Ferrando Ford because of the way I’m treated like a person. It’s nice to know they aren’t lying to me to. Compellingly honest.
