Very nice place! I did have a couple issues with having my fob ticket lost while I was trying to get it repaired however rob was very quick to order a new one! Once my car had gotten into the shop it was ready in a timely manner, they had even fixed my front break hose along with my transmission shifter cable bushing free of charge! Very nice people and amazing service!

Really enjoy working with Watertown ford. I’ve had all my service work done here for years now and also bought my most recent vehicle here. I recently got to experience their flexibility also, my vehicle was in the shop for some service but I wasn’t going to be able to pick it up that day. I called to see if I could get an interior detail done and they said no problem. They got the vehicle from the service dept and got the detail done the next day.
