Received excellent help at Barber-Dyson Ford Woodward. Individuals were very knowledgeable cared took the time to look at the vehicle I was only there for an oil change and they found I had problems with my serpentine belt so I had to get it replaced never even knew there was a problem with it never even noticed it so they did a really good job they checked my tires they checked everything that was for safety made sure everything was where it should be and up to par I appreciate that so much because I do a lot of traveling and I do not want to be broke down on the side of the road not sure I remember names correctly I believe there was a Cody maybe a Corey and a marine guy I believe his name was Matt anyways excellent excellent workers everybody knew what they were doing everybody knew their job I would highly recommend them. Great prices and time management.

We purchased our F150 almost a year ago, and have had it in for routine maintenance several times since. I have been extremely pleased with all of our interactions at the dealership. The staff is very welcoming, the initial purchase was done with ease, and all our services have been competed as expected.
