I arrived without an appointment at the dealership, in tears because the gently used Mitsubishi Outlander which I had purchased the day before had made a terrible roar when I drove it home from the place where I purchased it. A wonderful man in the Fiesta service department dropped what he was doing and took me on a test ride. Within half a block he asked what gear I had been using. Turns out the only problem was that I didn't know I was supposed to be in "D", not "1"!!!! Problem solved, plus he was able to switch the temperature from centigrade to Fahrenheit. No charge, but I will be a loyal customer from now on whenever I need service!
