Jimmie Ford and his sales manager Seth Ackerman made the entire process painless. Jimmy's knowledge of the trucks helped me make an informed decision. I thought I new exactly what I wanted before hitting the dealership, but I was wrong! Without Jimmy as my salesman I would have missed out on features I didn't even know I wanted.
