Yesterday, my husband and I were traveling from Florida to northern Illinois in sub zero weather, when we started to hear a strange noise in our newly purchased Lincoln. We called Terry’s Ford and asked if we could bring it in to have it checked out and they said that would be no problem. We arrived within 10 minutes of our call to them, and they immediately got us in to a service bay (which was one of the CLEANEST service areas we’ve ever seen). Right away, their mechanic took it for a test drive and within an hour was able to diagnose and fix the problem, and get us back on the road again. The staff were all unbelievably friendly and helpful, the customer lounge was beautiful, complete with a business center, free beverages and snacks, magazines and TV. We were so impressed with our entire experience, especially since we were in the automotive business for 50 years, that we had to leave a review. Thank you, Terry’s Ford for excellent service!!!

My wife and I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Escape for our daughter in college. We worked with Katy and Dave, and couldn’t be happier with the experience we had at Terry’s.
