Add a couple extra stars for our Salesperson Michael Smith. No nonsense, wheeling and dealing. Very straight forward friendly helpful. Had a great experience with the entire staff today purchasing a new Jeep to surprise my husband with his dream car. Highly recommend these people, they know their stuff and won’t steer you wrong.

Micheal Smith went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He had other customer before me but, he kept coming to make sure I was fine and if I need anything. He was courteous and professional the whole time I was there . He not only care about me but, his other customer. He didn’t want to make anyone think they were not being taken care of. He makes you feel like family. I bought a F-250 from him. This is the third car I have bought in the last year and he was the best sales person I have dealt with on any of my purchase. He even stayed after hours to take care of me and never rushed us. He wanted to make sure it was done right. I gave him 5 stars because you didn’t offer anymore than that. If you need a car please ask for Michael Smith.

I get a text from wife in the middle of the day to have me call her when I get off work. Of course, my initial thought was, great what I do this time. For the rest of the day I'm just stressing about the possibilities of the mistakes I am not aware of. So the time comes. I am off. Normally I am so excited to be off but this feeling was unnerving. I call her and she tells me she needs me to pick her at the Ford service department do to our vehicle breaking down. I have an hour drive from work to this place. I am frustrated. Nobody likes to hear their car broke down. I finally get to the Opelika Ford Chrysler...dealership. My wife is there waiting on me with our son...with a disappointing look. She gets in the van when I ask her what the damage is. She says we are never going to drive our vehicle again. My heart sunk so fast. Then, just as fast, my heart picked back up when she tells me "because we are trading it in for a Jeep Wrangler". I could not hide the joy on my face. Michael Smith work with her all day while I was working to get this deal. Michael is amazing at his job. I was only part of the deal at the end but Michael was professional and fun to work with. I am grateful that he was part of this amazing surprise that my beautiful wife executed. Thanks to my wife and the amazing, professional help from Michael Smith, I am now driving my dream vehicle.
