2025 Ford Explorer Platinum 4WD (PL535)

Just purchased the perfect truck for me and my family from Johnson Ford. Thanks to Mike and Mr. Byrd, along with Jason and the rest of the crew. It was a great experience! I have had a lot of cars and shopped for a lot more. I have probably dealt with 200 or more dealerships over the years and I’ve never been to one with nicer people EVER. We were traveling through when our Expedition needed an immediate service. I called because my husband wanted the chance for the YouTube star Flying Wrenches to work on my car. They worked us in immediately and got us back on the road the same day. Their hospitality was unparalleled and they made a stressful situation fun. We left wishing we were in the market for a new car but we had just bought a truck last month. Looking forward to buying our next car there. It will be well worth the drive!

Johnson ford service department is the best . They had to put a new fuel pump in my F150 and fix the transmission in my 2015 ford fusion . Both jobs was done great . I will continue to use Johnson Ford.
