I had our 2023 Ford Escape in for some service and the service manager, Shawn was very professional, explained the issue, ordered the parts and fixed the problem. Shawn was very professional, friendly and efficient. He got my parts quickly and the tech did an excellent job installing the parts. I got a follow up call from Shawn asking if all was going well with the car after the repair and if I had any questions, concerns or problems to give him a call. I would recommend Devils Lake Ford for an excellent sales staff as well as their service dept.
