2026 Ford Explorer Tremor 4WD

Just updating my review to add Jacy L in service as a 5 star rating. Took my F150 in for it's first oil change and Jacy was fantastic; actually everyone in service was polite; they all made sure to greet the clients coming in and made sure everyone was comfortable. Loving my 2023 2.7 EcoBoost F150 STX. In the waiting lobby, I heard a few other customers that said they were from Kingman and surrounding areas and make it a point to come all the way to Bradley due to the service. My previous review is below and still applies. Thank you, John, Sharon and Dante!!! I am writing this 5 star review early as we just purchased our '23 F-150 STX 3 days ago and Ford hasn't requested a review from us quite yet. I am amazed at the kindness, helpfulness and professionalism of Bradley ford(John the sales exec., Sharon who delivered the truck, and Dante the finance Guru and all around accessories wizard!) Now, writing this review, I am anticipating my payoff on my old Audi to be on time by Ford but counting that it will. I am not easy on reviews but this dealership did their best to to be upfront and fair. Even after I took the truck, I had some questions on the radio antenna as well as the included bed liner which Dante handled like a pro. We had been to several other dealerships in Henderson, Kingman thinking we'd get a better deal but realized Bradley Ford laid all the information clearly out(from John the sales person) from the beginning. They offered all the available promotions and discounts from the beginning where as other dealers held them back and tried to call us after we left their dealership. We will continue to take the Truck for service at Bradley as well as recommend them to others. Once my Audi that they bought is paid off on time as well as a few other minor details we are handling w/the bed liner, I will update this review to confirm the 5 stars. John, Sharon and Dante really deserve to be recognized for their above and beyond service.

Ordered a vehicle for first time. Ordering process went super smooth super easy process and was kept up to date along the way. Through process ended up having two salesman Shane/Fred both were very good and willing to listen and help. Paperwork went smooth and timely as well. Great help Nathan. Typical Havasu was hard to get to terms on trade in but ultimately came to fair terms and super happy with new truck. Glad to have purchased in town and look forward to buying many more thru the years to come. Thanks again Shane & Fred
