Brought home my 2024 Glacier Grey F350 Platinum today. My salesman Nathan Liscomb couldn't have made my buying experience any better. Second to NONE attention, knowledge, detail and down to earth personally. Seems that flows throughout the entire dealership as the manager came and shook my hand and chatted and the finance man was great at explaining and exceeding expectations. Just an all around great small town country boy streamlined process. Definitely recommend if you're in the market for a new Ford.

Just purchased a Ford F-150 last week. This was, by far, the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car, new or used. My salesman, Nate, was outstanding, great down to earth family guy. Nate will go out of his way to make something right. He was very helpful, patient, and answered every question I had. My parents always chose to do business with him at Gilbert’s. Nate had me come to the dealership after the fact to show me how to run something’s on the truck because it was too high tech for me. Good guy, good service, great truck ????

I decided to purchase a new Super Duty truck a few days ago. I looked online to see what was new and in my area, and I was quite disappointed with the results. I soon remembered having been on Gilbert Ford's lot in Okeechobee, Florida once or twice in the past several years, so I pulled up their website and found a new F250 that fit the bill. I called and spoke with Brandon Pyke in sales, told him what I was looking for, and what I had to trade. Within minutes he had met with the sales manager, and had a deal structured that was not too out of line, especially since we were doing this over the phone at this point. But he took me seriously, and we are both glad he did. Within two hours, I was on the lot and looking over the truck. It was late in the day, and everyone was tired. But we haggled a bit more, and came to terms pretty quickly. And within an hour, I was signing the paperwork for the new rig. Brandon and the rest of the sales team were a true pleasure to work with. There was no pressure whatsoever, making this buy feel even more "Right". And having grown up on a farm, the country charm enveloping the dealership and staff was very relaxing to boot. I highly recommend calling Brandon at Gilbert Ford if you're in the market for a new (or used) vehicle. You'll be glad you did.
