Great dealership!! I research vehicles thoroughly and take several months to find the one that I want. When I saw this used Tacoma online, I stopped in that day to check it out. My experience with Serra Ford Rochester Hills was amazing start to finish. I inquired about a used car late at night, had a response about it next day, an appointment to check it out within 24 hours due to my work schedule and drove home with my new used car a few days later. My Sales Consultant Shannon made the entire experience so pleasant, she was super responsive and accommodating and I am so grateful for the amazing used car I ended up with. I have never had a better car buying experience private or dealer than with this one. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve been with this dealership for three lease cars. The third being my current new one. 2023 f150 xlt sport. They will go out of their way to help you make the process smooth and easy as possible.
