After numerous disappointing experiences with dealerships in Tulsa, I decided to expand my search and was willing to travel to find the right vehicle. I found exactly what I was looking for at Woody Ford. Working with Javier was amazing. He was kind, responsive, and very accommodating to my requests for pictures, videos, and information since I wasn’t local. Everything was provided with transparency, including pricing. I was confident that this was going to be a great experience prior to making the 2+ hour trip to Madill, and I was right. I traveled with some family and when I got to the dealership, the car I was interested in was ready to go right out in front. Javier was right there, answering any other questions we had, and he let me and my family take it for an extended test drive and inspection with just us in the vehicle. Madill is a great area for test-driving cars, as you get the stop-and-go city feel, but the roads open up to highway speeds in just about every direction. Javier made purchasing the car very easy – he was clear and explained everything in detail, and the entire purchase process took less than 30 minutes. I felt confident with my purchase, and it was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. While I’m hoping the vehicle I purchased lasts me a VERY long time, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend that others make the trip to Woody Ford for any vehicles they may be interested in. Easiest and best car buying experienced EVER!! I knew that I wanted a particular truck, and they found exactly what I wanted (via a dealer trade). Our salesperson was the best! Scott Trumbo genuinely wanted the best for us. They were very competitive on pricing and gave a good amount for our trade in. Owner and finance department were great as well! Super friendly!
