They are very nice and very helpful. They went above and beyond to get me in this car. They were absolutely a God sent. I had went from kinder to sulphur all over Lake Charles and nothing. They were the last place I went to and this was the last car that I looked at. I still feel like I'm dreaming and I'm going to wake up at any time and it all just be a dream. From the moment I pulled up, until the time I left, I was treated like the Queen of England. I was firstly welcomed by Jay, who took the time to hear my stressed and lengthy rant /wants/needs from a vehicle with my less than perfect credit. We went inside where I was greeted by everyone and even throughout the process of talking, there was a woman in this next cubicle who saw my anxiety flair and explained what something meant. Woman to woman, moments like this are top tier. Jay worked fervently, asking all sorts of questions, both him and Mr. DJ were walking in and out of the area asking several more questions. Even the finance officer made this process such a breeze, and he was lighthearted and made us feel even more secure. Jay really cared for what I was asking and I felt heard and understood and Mr.Dj pulled a Hail Mary!! Wouldn’t you know, I left with an incredible car, tailored to my budget, all the bells and whistles….. Brand New!!!!! I’ve never had a brand new car in my whole life, I’m 40. What an incredible feeling!!! And all of this was possible because Jay, and the entire crew at Hixon. Thank you so much, please don’t ever change!!

Mad props for her listening skills. I came in already versed in what I wanted and she delivered. It was not your typical car dealership stereotype. It was an epic experience. Red carpet style.
