Update: I called the dealership to schedule a recall service. My hours are long and unaccomodating and yet Blanca was able to work out the best resolution to fit my needs, all with professionalism and a smile you could hear through the phone. Joel performed my recall update, communicated with me to ensure that my expectations were set and met all along the way, and completed the work in a very timely manner. Ford of Harvey went the extra mile for me once again. Highly recommend them! I was looking for a very specific vehicle that Ford Of Harvey did not have in stock. They procured the vehicle for me quickly and the transaction that followed was smooth. Ford of Harvey recently serviced my vehicle. I’m very diligent about keeping my car up to date and inspected at the dealership. I waited at the dealership while the service was completed. During the wait I was provided with a text link that allowed me to monitor the progress of the service appt. During the wait, I was kept informed of their findings and at the end, a complete summary was given to me by the service technician. They made me aware that my shocks were beginning to leak, provided me with a quote but said it wouldn’t have to be immediately addressed. I elected to have them replaced. The team there is knowledgeable, thorough, communicative and kind. Highly recommend.
Update: Anthony, thanks for reaching out. My 2nd experience this morning was a complete 180 from yesterday. I appreciate the work you're doing and I would encourage anyone with a previous poor service experience to let them know and give Ford of Harvey an opportunity to make it right. And thanks to Terry in the service drive for a quick service and good conversation. Hope you all have a great weekend! What an absolute joke. Their website will let you make an appointment at 4:00 or 4:30 p.m. to wait for service. However when you will arrive they will inform you that you cannot do that because all the technicians leave it 4:00 p.m. . How, in 2024 can a dealership be so incompetent in setting up their website. They've intentionally set themselves up to fail at meeting customer expectations And they're the ones who also set the expectation. A very frustrating experience for a potential customer who will never set foot back in that dealership again
