This was my first visit to the service department. Very thorough, stood true to my 1:00 appointment, and very professional. Mel Lewis took great care of me. He was very friendly, personable, humble, and kind. A true human being. If all the other employees are like Mel and Suzie, I will make sure my next auto purchase will be at Larry H Miller Ford Mesa. Everyone at the dealership treated us professionally and were very, very friendly. We’ve purchased several new cars and have experience with numerous dealerships. Our salesman Red, Sales Manager Cody, Finance Mgr Greg and all the folks at Larry H Miller Ford did not use pressure or play any games. They were forthcoming with information and were easy to deal with. We’re very satisfied with our buy and feel we made a reasonable deal.

I recently took my vehicle to this Arizona Ford dealership for an oil change and inspection. The inspection revealed several major repairs that were needed, all of which were promptly taken care of the same day. The complimentary shuttle service to and from my home was a thoughtful touch. Overall, the experience (and David's level of customer service) surpassed my expectations, especially compared to another dealership in the Valley. Highly recommended!

My experience with not just this place , but with Ford in its entirety. I’m going to keep this short and to the point. The reason for this is I have wasted so much time , money and energy with this whole situation, I refuse to spend more time with it. It would literally take me hours to write about my experience. With that being said , I’ll start off by saying that I will never ever for the rest of my life own another ford vehicle period. Having been dealing with them for over the past year now has been the most stressful, costly and time consuming experience of my life. From the $7000 (yes , that’s seven thousand dollars) that I’ve spent OUT OF POCKET on rental cars due to them not having any loaner cars at all ever available that they assured you they do even in writing, to the original problem still to this very day , at this very minute after more than a year now not fixed or resolved. Put it this way , the original service manager I was given is now since retired. And that’s only a fraction of the issues I’ve had. Let’s fast forward from a year ago to just yesterday. I scheduled an appointment to have ALL the issues resolved that I’m having with A BRAND NEW ENGINE, that cost me $11,000.00 dollars OUT OF MY OWN POCKET and my warranty company $13,000.00 dollars. YES , THE TOTAL AMOUNT THAT FORD CHARGED ME FOR A BRAND NEW ENGINE IS $24,000.00 dollars!!! I had the appointment set for yesterday April 22,2024 at 10:30 am. I went to appointment and was meeting a new service advisor (the other guy retired) to get all the issues I’m having with the BRAND NEW ENGINE that they installed. I explained to him that I will not leave my truck with them unless I was given a loaner vehicle period. I was told again like every other single time I’ve ever been there that they had no loaner vehicles available, but that he would be willing to get me a rental vehicle and pay for it until they diagnosed and discovered the issues. Now that sounds all great and wonderful right , well not even close. Now them paying for the rental vehicle was only on one factor and one factor only , that the issues they discovered were listed under what the warranty company had given them authorization to fix or replace. That means that if what they find to be the problem if it’s not listed in the fine print , that not only would I be charged AGAIN for the rental car , the diagnosis fee , but the cost of any repairs that needed to be done on a brand new engine that they installed. Oh , the diagnostic test they were going to have to do to find the issues they have to charge me $170.00 dollars for. Long story short , I left with my truck and haven’t talked to them since. What I’ve just told you is just a fraction or tip of the iceberg of what I’ve had to endure with this company. It has been the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I can’t believe such a large company would treat someone like this , but then again , with them being such a large company, why would they care at all about me or any one person they have done this to. There’s a word that I have never taken lightly or ever used in hast , but I can honestly say that in every way possible I absolutely hate this company. Ford has made my life a living hell. I not only spent fifty thousand dollars on a ford truck , I had to spend out of my own pocket over twenty thousand dollars and still to this day have a piece of crap truck in my driveway with to many problems to even list. My advice to whoever reads this is to stay as far away from anything to do with ford and please share what I’ve wrote about my experience with as many people as you possibly can in the hope they don’t experience what I still dealing with for more than a year now.
