Andrew was my sales guy and was very helpful. If he didn't have an answer he'd go find it out and get back to me. We had an ongoing phone and text conversation. I bought the car online and the process was very smooth. I felt that I got a fair deal. I did have to wait a few days after I sent my down-payment for Eide to finalize my paperwork, which was kind of off-putting after Andrew had done such a great job 'setting the hook' and getting me excited. I'd recommend to Eide a process to ensure a smoother transition over the finish line for your online customers. Also, if you take advantage of their shipping option plan on it taking 2 weeks, no matter what they tell you during the sale. That will help to manage your expectations and you'll thank me later. My new car is great and I'm overall pleased with Eide to this point.
Hands down one of the best experiences with purchasing a vehicle. Tyler from Eide Chrysler was so awesome to work with, he met up with us at Eide Ford, answered any questions we had, was so personable and friendly, made sure we got the best deal, Peter from finance was great to work with too, answered any and all questions/concerns that we had, went over everything that it was easy to understand.
