To my surprise, I left with the exact car I dreamed of—complete with a premium package—and a deal I was genuinely happy with. The sales manager was also fantastic, taking the time to clearly explain every detail of the process. A few days after finalizing the lease, I experienced a minor screen glitch in the car. I reached out to Mark, and within minutes, he had everything arranged for me to stop by so the service manager could take a look. When I arrived, the manager was already waiting and ready to help. Within 15 minutes, he had diagnosed and resolved the issue while clearly explaining what had happened. What really stood out to me was how the team at Rod Baker continued to care after the sale was complete. Mark and his coworkers followed up to make sure I was satisfied and that my car was safe and running smoothly. That level of service is rare and speaks volumes about their dedication to their customers. Unfortunately, not all dealerships operate this way—but Rod Baker truly sets the standard. I wholeheartedly recommend them, especially Mark. He’ll take great care of you. Needless to say, I’ll be returning when it’s time for my next vehicle, and I’ll be sending my friends and family their way as well.

I had heard really good things about Rod Baker Ford before from my friends. The vehicle that I bought was perfectly (lower than market) priced and left me no option but to buy. Everything went well and I intend to take my truck there to get it serviced. Very happy so far, and I am sure that if my review doesn't change, my happiness will remain the same.
