I was nervous about my 2018 F150 reaching 100k miles so I purchased an extended powertrain warranty from Lombard Ford. Seemed like cheap insurance. Eventually my 10speed transmission started experiencing some shifting issues. I took the truck into my local dealership in Oregon. Painless process. Transmission fixed. Deductible paid. I am very pleased with the ford escape I got on Monday. Everyone there was very friendly and not pushy at all. George helped find me the perfect vehicle. I didn't know if i wanted an escape or an ecosport so i tested both and decided on the escape. I feel like George really cares about the customer. Mike helped me with my finances and worked out the best payment plan. I went in on Friday and had my new vehicle by Monday. It was the best car buying experience I've had so far.
