Heidi will go above and beyond to research and they are both very knowledgeable…. It’s feels good knowing when you drop off your Mercedes you recognize who you are handing over your keys too.. Integrity, efficiency and consistency is important to me… This location is the only place I trust to bring my vehicles to because they have Heidi there ! It’s been nearly a year since we bought our truck from Fred Martin. As a first time car buyer, I had a particularly difficult case to deal with. My husband & I were living abroad in the UK and were relocating to the USA. We needed to secure a vehicle before arriving, and our salesman Nick Gonatas was the most helpful in working with us to make it happen. He worked with us through every step until our truck was delivered safely to us in Arkansas just after we arrived stateside. The truck was in perfect condition.
