Within 30 minutes of reaching out and asking for a video I had everything. They even brought the car to my house which is 2 hours away.

Service for my recall was scheduled without issue. The service rep Bunny explained everything I needed to do when I dropped off my vehicle. Another issue came up before the service date and I added that on my key drop form. Everything was fixed the same day and I received the inspection report when I picked up. All around smooth experience. I have another Ford dealership 1 mile from my house, but I still go to Frederick Motor Company instead.
