A really personable, easy to get along with person. He put us at ease and really went above and beyond. Even showing us his own personal vehicle (this was 2020 and there were no trucks on the lot). When we placed our order with him there were no games or sales tactics. He explained the options to us. We chose some, declined other. I never felt pressured. When we picked up the truck, there were no hidden fees or upcharges. The only thing we were asked about was whether we wanted an extended warranty (mechanicals and electrical). In fact we were so happy with our experience with Rick we just purchased a new Mustang Mach-e for me. It was their integrity that made me come back.
