I went to Mullinax knowing I wanted a more fuel efficient vehicle but hadn’t decided on a specific one. Jeremy worked hard pulling around 6 different vehicles and test driving 4. Everyone at Mullinax was great to work with. I had worked with Chris in the internet department and ended up going on his one day off. But Justin, also with the internet department, was ready to help me with my car purchase. The general manager, Sean, was also very involved in the purchase. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. When I arrived, it turned out that some of the vehicles listed as available on the website and Ford’s website were actually already gone from the lot (so keep that in mind when shopping for a vehicle online). But that didn’t stop the staff from working with me and making the shopping experience an enjoyable one. I didn’t arrive expecting to have to kick the tires on a few different trucks, but they worked with me to find the perfect fit and I left with a brand new truck that everyone loves.
