2026 Ford Transit

Just purchased a Ford Explorer from them...couldn't be happier! We worked with Javon Dixon and Joe Rossi to close the deal and work out the details. Test drove it Tuesday, had a few repair requests taken care of and drove it home Friday. We will definitely we back to get something for my husband in the near future. Great people to work with.

At first I was skeptical about traveling an hour and a half to an out of town dealership. I live near Columbia SC in a small area called Hopkins. I’ve had enough dealings with dealerships in the Columbia area did not trust attempting to deal with any of them, not to mention they didn’t have what I was looking for. I wanted a Jeep Rubicon 4 door that was within my budget and under 100,000 miles. Mark Ficken Ford happened to have what I was looking for. I began texting and talking to them regarding my deal. I was not going to drive all the way up to Charlotte only to find out my interest rate was 20% and the vehicle didn’t resemble what I had viewed online. This team worked hard for me in my purchase. They got things I asked for and really took good care of me. I drove away feeling good about my purchase and feeling a sense of accomplishment because the deal went “My Way”!! I was doing an online search for family car. I was looking everywhere and so was my wife. I found one of their cars and entered my number for a representative to reach out. Best move I could’ve made. I got a text from Clint. He found out specifically why I wanted which car. Gave me a run down. He made the experience personal and as smooth as it gets. I went to this dealership two times and I’ve never been in a more professional environment. Literally everyone I come across appeared happy to be at their job and eager to assist me and my wife.
