I found the car I was looking for on the nationwide Ford website 100 mile radius from my zip code, and I called Towne to verify it was still in stock. I was serious about buying it, it was exactly the color and equipment group I wanted, and STEVE General Manager said just start the credit process online and come on down to take a look. I drove 99 miles to check it out, and it was in perfect condition on the showroom floor. From STEVE explaining all the rebates & incentives on my particular model and year, to CARLOS greeting me with keys in hand for me to test drive it, to MANUEL verifying all the PHEV incentives, and finally BASS finalizing the payment plan with yet another incentive in my favor due to the particular model and year, I couldn't have been happier!
