I just had my truck serviced here, (coopersville betten baker failed me when selling me a truck) and ford went above and beyond. Did an inspection for me that I didn’t ask for. Properly diagnosed before just repairing. And fixed it properly. Price ended up being $100 less than quoted also, so that was nice.

We just bought a used truck from here on Monday. Cannot say enough good about the whole experience. It was the truck that we have been looking for and priced fairly. They gave us a fair value for our trade-in and we were able to drive our new purchase home the same day. Mike was the salesman that we bought from and he was great. This is somewhat late but well deserved. I ordered a new Bronco back in 2021 through Great lakes. At the time everything was back ordered and a long waiting list. My Wildtrac finally got the green light in 2023 and showed up at the dealership mid-summer. Don Sullivan was my salesman from day 1. I follow the all Bronco websites and know what was being offered from Ford and that some dealers were not following guidelines.
