Tim Maney Was a huge help, it was my first time buying from a dealership and while other employees were wrapped up in their things, Tim made time for me and my smaller purchase despite his other commitments. He had an answer or solution to all my questions and overall was very nice and personable! hoping my next purchase is with him as well!

Hands down the best experience I had with a dealership. I ordered a new vehicle out of state and they made the process seamless and easy. Carlos kept me up to date on everything from the build to the shipment of the truck. If I had to buy a new ford again it would be from these guys.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership and it was done all out of state! Huge S/O to John Chady, GM. When it comes to communication, this guy is where it’s at. From the order being placed in March, to staying in touch the entire way, he made sure to keep me up to date the whole time. He also went above and beyond to keep all paperwork etc for me as the car is a GT500 track pack and a future collectible. I requested for the car to not be touched when delivered from Ford, and John made sure that this was communicated through the entire dealership which many have difficult doing. He made sure to also have chains put around the car until my transport guy could pick it up to bring to Ohio. Thank you to John, Tim and the entire Griffin Ford team for making my dream come true. I will be purchasing my Ford vehicles from this dealership only moving forward!
