He helped get me all the info I needed to make the best decision for me and I really appreciated that. Theresa was an amazing asset in helping me get my financing squared away. She answered all of my questions before I could even ask them and was very pleasant to talk with. Both Micheal and Theresa were excited for my new car and went above and beyond to help make it a great car buying process. Would definitely recommend heritage to anyone looking for a new or used car. Especially those in the military or veteran community. They make you feel appreciated for your service, which is just a nice little touch on the already impeccable service they provided. Also wanted to shout out the detailing crew, for the amazing job and quick turn around on the jeep. I left after starting the paperwork for the car to go to a quick appointment y and by the time I got back an hour later it looked brand new! Thank you guys! Even my dog loved the new ride!

Michael Stock is a friendly and no BS sales person. Answered my questions but no other pressure. They delivered the car on time. Fully prepped with all necessary repairs and meticulously detailed. And no high pressure upsell attempts from the finance manager. Just covered my options in a helpful discussion. Respected my decision and even gave a couple more days to think about it. Didn’t lock me in a now or never situation. This is my second car purchase from this family of dealers and won’t be my last.
