The service at the dealership was excellent. The person there was very professional and very courteous. The dealership was well maintained, the lobby and the shop were very clean. They had really good coffee, a TV on, and was very comfortable However, and I have expressed this before. A person should not be asked to please rate me or rate us as a 5 when I get the survey. I was told it was very important to give them a five as a rating. They asked politely, but, if someone wants to get a five as a rating, they should earn it. Not ask for it it's like a student asking a 'teacher please give me an "A". They did earn a 5. But they shouldn't be asking for one. With that said, I was tempted to not give a five because I thought that was unprofessional. But I think the workers are pressured to say that. I think who's ever reading this, should reevaluate why those people are pressured to ask for high ratings.

The service department is very helpful especially Melanie Wang. In today’s world customer service is unfortunately a rare thing. Not the case with Melanie Wang. She exceeds my expectations every time and has worked tireless trying to get my vehicle straight and I appreciate not only her efforts but that of the entire service department. You can go there with confidence

We would like to thank Kevin Kinsella for going the extra mile and making sure that the work was completed in time to save our vacation plans. He handled our unexpected door lock issues in a very professional manner. Your service department is a Jewel!
