My wife and I were in a car accident downtown a couple weeks ago. When we started to look for a new vehicle, we wanted to go with an IIHS-Top Pick+ vehicle because we wanted to get the most protection possible for our kids. We found a perfect fit that happened to be on the complete opposite side of Indianapolis from us. We got there close to closing time and our salesman Kerry and document guy Randy stayed an hour after closing so we could drive off the lot. That’s A++ service in my book.
