Edit: August 6th 2024 - Ray Costello reached out to me and apologized for everything I went through. He even promised to reimburse me for the tires and he did. I was very pleased with Ray’s kindness and integrity. Therefore I am giving 4 stars because of his kindness and honesty. Worst experience at a dealer ship. Multiple reasons why. We dealt with Muhammad Ali for reference. Purchased a used SUV for over $30,000. We live 2 1/2 hours away but we were very excited about getting this suv. 1. I was getting a loan through my bank with a specific interest rate. Ali called me and told me he would get me the same exact loan and term for a better rate if I took a loan through them. So I did. Once we began signing, he told us he made a mistake and I would not be getting a cheaper interest rate. 2. We show up to the dealership and he tells us our car is getting detailed and will be up in 20 minutes. It took well over an hour. Once the car came up, ALL 4 tires were shot. Three dry rotted and one with a nail in the sidewall. Pictures attached for reference. Ali said that it passed inspection so therefore the only tire he would take care of would be the tire with the nail. Ridiculous..because my dad is a mechanic and confirmed that there was no way that passes NYS inspection with dry rotted tires and a nail in the sidewall. 3. The drivers side passenger window wouldn’t close all the way. 4. Radio Screen was messed up. 5. MOST importantly - Ali swore he was going to take care of the tires and the window. We said we wouldn’t sign a contract or take the vehicle without all four tires being replaced and the window being fixed. Ali said it was in the mechanics and his guy would take care of everything. As everything is being “taken care of” he said we could sign the papers and once everything was signed the tires and window would be good to drive 2 1/2 hours home. So we signed the papers and waited for our vehicle. Hours of waiting, the car came out and guess what? NO tires replaced and the window was still broken. Ali said the best he could do was take $500 off for tires …ridiculous. When everyone knows 4 tires costs at least $1000 for mount balance and align. AND the window was still broken. He promised to make me an appointment to a Kia dealer and pay to have it fixed. Ali never fulfilled his promise, never paid and never made an appointment. I had to do that all on my own. I would NEVER recommend Biener Ford to anyone. Photos of tire costs attached. At the mechanic, they made me aware that I need brakes and rotors as well which cost another $500.
I have been a customer at this location for approximately 4 years. General Manager Ali is very honest and straight forward guy. I purchased 3 cars from this location and had no issues, no hidden fees. If you are searching for a used/new vehicle, I highly recommend this dealership.
Today I took my second Ford Expedition, after driving three years on my previous Ford. First of all the service is exceptional! Special thanks to Frank Garcia, who helped me with my first car and during these years treat me like a family member. I even didn’t try to go to another dealer, because I knew that Frank will find me the best deal according to my needs. Very professional and honest!
