I want to take a moment to recognize my salesman Eliot Starr. After thinking about getting a new truck and researching all the various truck models and options on the Ford website I had many questions. I stopped into Pundmann and Eliot was very helpful and took much time with me over a couple of visits to answer questions I had about the features and available options offered on the new Ford trucks. He provided me with that extra information that helped me decide what I was looking for. Eliot is understanding and easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable during the whole process of ordering and purchase of a new truck. Upon delivery, Eliot helped setup features like my phone connectivity, provided an overview and location of numerous features so that I was comfortable and enjoyed taking it home. I am the type of person that hates to car shop and hate purchasing one even more. However, this experience changed my mind HANDS DOWN! Our sales guy, Eric Oetjen was very knowledgeable and patient. We never felt rushed, uncomfortable, or pushed. He was efficient, personable and very thorough, especially explaining all features on our new vehicle. Our finance guy, Michael “Junior” was all around amazing too! He was very knowledgeable and genuinely excited for our new purchase. He was very personable and looked out for our best interest. He was also very thorough when going over warranty’s and finance options. Not once did I ever feel like someone was just trying to line their pockets. They were truly looking to make me happy - including the super friendly receptionist that also made sure we were comfortable! Great customer service is extremely hard to come by but this place knocked it out of the park!! I’ll forever be a customer at this dealership and will continue to spread the word!

I had a great experience at Pundmann Ford buying a used vehicle. My salesman Mike Gober and the Finance guy Bill Schmidt were both very good to work with. Both very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend both of them if you're in the market for a new vehicle.
