A wonderful experience!! Charles was our salesman and we couldn’t have been more happy with the entire purchase. I don’t like pushy salesman and Charles was far from this. I would 100% buy from him again. Matt, in financing was also excellent. Very professional and very laid back as well.

I was greeted just minutes from getting out of my car by Mrs Debbie Milligan. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was friendly and had a great personality. Mathew Mozzachiodi the Sales Manager was also very friendly. He definitely worked with me to get me the best percentage rate on my new vehicle and got me what I wanted for my trade in! Rocky Top Ford was a class A act from the time I called to make a appointment to test drive a Truck they had until we pulled off the lot with our new F350 Dually and the salesman Charles Hart did a great job not pushy wanted to make sure I got what I wanted not something that cost more or anything we talked about our families after the deal was done and found out he’s definitely a great dad and family man I could tell just from our conversations and that means a lot, THANKS AGAIN CHARLES AND ROCKY TOP FORD!!!
