2026 Ford Transit

Very pleased with the service provided for my 2011 Ford F-150! Everything completed in a timely manner. I was kept informed of problems encountered above the scope of my original complaint. The job was done right the first time. Cost was comparable to what I paid at a local shop (for a similar repair). The previous shop damaged my vehicle by leaving nicks and scratches on my console (see pictures). They damaged an internal part I could not see. Also, I had to return my truck 3 times to the previous shop, to get things reconnected that had not been connected the first time. If you want quality work done, do yourself a favor and look no further than Mid-TN Ford!

Just had my first service at Mid-Tenn Ford. Working with Doug and Brook was a pleasure. After an initial hiccup in picking up my truck for periodic service due to drivers calling in sick, Doug and Brook had me in and out the next day and dropped my truck off at work for me at the end of the day when it was done. Also, I appreciated them not trying to upsell me on un-necessary services. Will definitely be going back for my next service appointment.

I recently bought a brand new Ford Bronco from Davis Alexander at Mid Tenn Ford. WOW!!! I could not ask for a better team. Davis kept me in the loop from start to finish, he made the sales process less than 45min, and when a few add-on parts came in, he had me in and out of the shop in under 30min.
