Can’t say enough great things about Mr Jim!! He was our super salesman! I have bought many many cars over the years and NOT one salesman has impressed me as much as him. He made the entire sales process seamless. From the moment he took the sales call to the delivery date. He didn't let anything stand in his way and made things happen! He never said we cant do that or anything negative. He just said let me see what we can do. He treated me like I was buying a new car. As if buying a used car should be any less. Highly Recommend!! This was by far, is one of the BEST car buying experiences I've ever had. I worked with Don Gartman throughout the whole car buying process, he was wonderful, honest and so easy to work with. In the finance department I worked with Brian Freeman. He was clear in communicating my car buying options. He also ensured I understood everything in my contract. I appreciate the knowledge and patience these two gentlemen gave me.
