I live about an hour away. I needed new struts and intended to leave the car but my wife couldn't get away to pick me up. I arrive before the doors open and was behind a couple of other vehicles. My service writer said he would to try and get the car in as soon as possible but made no promises. In about an hour, he came to let me know the car was in the shop and I was in and out of the dealership in about 3 1/2 hrs which is great for that type of work to be accomplished. I greatly appreciate that level of service.

I had my 22 Ranger serviced at Smith Ford today. I did not buy it from them, but was in Conway and it was time servicing. I bought the 48 month maintenance plan. I could not be more pleased. I scheduled on line, the service team was great, very friendly. I left the Ranger with them and they had it done in 2 hours. When I picked it up the service lady went over every item with me. We will definitely consider Smith Ford the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. I notice they had a great selection on the lot. Thanks Guys!!!

Today I purchased my wife a bronco from smith ford. When I arrived, my wife and I began looking through their bronco selections, several makes, and was greeted with an extremely friendly salesman. I immediately told him we were looking and weren’t buying, but I wanted my wife to test drive one. After the test drive I asked about the used broncos, he carted us over to the used lot, and I knew we would be driving home with it but of course I didn’t tell him. Told him I wanted to think about it and chat with my wife alone. He then told us to take the bronco to lunch to talk. We drove off the lot, went home and talked about. A few hours later we arrived back and to do the deal. I was pleased with the deal offered, and eventually drove off the lot. I would definitely buy again!!! Ask for Randal Smith!
