Although I had some difficulties dealing w/ the on-line sales rep, my in-person experience w/ Joe was outstanding. Because the car I desired was not available locally, my friend & I drove 2 1/2 hr. to purchase a replacement for my Volvo that had been totalled (fortunately, no one was hurt). If you'd like to purchase a Volvo, I strongly recommend that you ask for Joe.
We dealt with Jeff Bakersville sales rep. Very professional and provided great customer service. He did not try talk us into any other vehicle other than the one we We purchased on a Tuesday and by Wed afternoon we were able to pick the truck up and they got the registry for us and had MA plates on it ready to drive on Wed. We first were helped by Stuart who helped locate the truck. We also were happy with the finance manager Dominic, very professional great sense of humor. Nice place to buy your truck.
