Every aspect of my vehicle purchase from the initial conversation, to driving away from the dealership was first rate. This was my first time at Tri-City Ford, I was told it is a family owned dealership, and it truly felt that way. I found everyone I encountered to be friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. No pressure tactics, easy to negotiate, extremely fair, and just all around good people. It wasn’t the normal dealership experience, this was truly a pleasurable vehicle purchase, I genuinely mean that. You owe it to yourself to give them an opportunity to earn your business. I regularly have my vehicle serviced here and have always been very satisfied. I first started using them when vehicle was new to maintain the warranty but have continued to use them even after warranty expired because of my positive experience. They charge a fair price and I feel they are honest and only tell me about real issues that require attention. They also seem to have a good stock of parts and can make repairs quickly.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. I sent a message of interest on a vehicle in from their site. Within 20 min Kyle the internet sales manager contacted me. We setup a time to come by and do a test drive. I met Deon the sales rep when I arrived. Vehicle was waiting on me and I test drove within 10 min of arriving. After a look over of the vehicle and the test drive I sat down with Deon and Kevin the GM. We talked numbers and Kevin found me the best rate on my loan for the vehicle. At this point I met Cleve in finance. Each of the 4 employees I met with were straight forward and transparent on each question I had. It was a joy to work with these people and I will go to them in the future first for any vehicles I look to purchase. Side note I noticed the next day that my floor mats were missing in the front of the cab. I reached out to Tri-city and they corrected the issue and I had my mats in a couple days. I also reached back out to get history records for the vehicle and had them within 30 min. 5 stars for sure. Thank you all for making this an easy transaction.
