First time I purchased from West Point Ford. I have purchased well over 30 Ford cars and Chris Flores was without a doubt the best salesman that I have ever had. Chris kept us updated at every step of our sales experience. We ordered a new Ford Maverick in December and received it in April. He kept us informed at every step from ordering to the production and then receiving the new car. He even took a picture of the unit when it was being unloaded from the car carrier. We are planning to update our Ford Edge in the next twelve month and Chris will be our salesperson at that time. In today’s world, customer service is hard to find, but Chris can deliver. Great job.
