2026 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 SuperCrew 5-1/2 Box

My 2023 F-150 had a leaking pinion seal with just 4500 miles on the vehicle. They quickly were able to replace the seal. I had been detecting a slight shudder when moderately accelerating at almost any speed and they said they were not able to detect that shudder in a test drive. It is still quite obvious to me and others who have ridden in my truck. I suspect an unbalanced drive shaft is the cause of the shudder and the seal failure and I expect the seal will fail again. This seems to be a common problem on Ford pickups. If it fails again, I will go back for another seal and then push to have the bigger issue resolved or find it necessary to have another dealer check for the seal failures. They were very pleasant and the service was completed quickly. I love the truck, but owning a number of Ford trucks in the past that had no issues, this could be my last Ford.

I have been extremely happy with my service from All World Ford. I was able to get my appointment when it was convenient for my schedule. Since I waited for my truck, I took advantage of their service lounge which was clean and the chairs comfortable. There were plenty of tables to sit at and if I had needed it, the was a quiet room that I could have utilized if needed. The appointment took the expected amount of time and they finished it off with a complimentary car wash. I was satisfied with the work that was done and I felt the price was fair.
