Great experience. I am traveling cross country and my Ford Transit 350 HD RV developed an engine noise. The folks at Apple Ford got me into their shop in two days to diagnose my rig. I had a wonder experience with the entire Apple team. I was in at 8 am with my rig diagnosed, and out by 11 am. Personal shot outs to Kelly (booked my appointment), Jenny (greeted me), Lindsey (my advisor) and Greg (my mechanic). Everyone was top notch, and knowledgeable. Greg [also] fixed a short in my airbag which had eluded several other Ford dealerships. On my way out they even recommended a local brewery in Lakeville to me :) I can easily recommend Apple Ford and their team to anyone needing a mechanic in the Minneapolis area.
