2026 Ford F-150

I just want to say how impressed I am with the Bangor service department. Everyone is very nice and kind. I was treated like a person rather than a number. Brian, the assistant service advisor was assigned to my vehicle to handle the repairs. I had an extended warranty company we had to deal with regarding my repair. Brian took care of everything. He kept me updated in the entire process. The warranty company was not easy to deal with, nor were they easy to get a hold of. Any questions I had he answered for me. He was able to get the warranty company to pay for the repairs to my vehicle. It was a very lengthy process. I appreciate everything Brian did to help me out with the repairs to my vehicle. He is top notch. Great customer service. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I can attest to that. I am just sorry to hear that Brian is leaving the service department. I was looking forward to working with him regarding my new vehicle. He set me up with another person and assured me I would be well taken care of. I really appreciate everything Brian did to help with my vehicle.

We purchased a 2023 Bronco from Darlings. Tyler N. was amazing, communicated well and answered all of our questions. He made it a quick and painless process negotiating our trade and getting us into the Bronco. We hav head service on our other Bronco at the Brunswick location as well and it was top notch. We also previously had a Hyundai we had purchased in New Hampshire serviced at the Augusta location and were treated like we had purchased it there. Overall an amazing company at every location and we will continue to use Darlings for years to come. You’ve gained a family of customers for life!
