I’ve always hated the car buying process. I’d been looking for a Lincoln MKZ for a while now & can not say enough wonderful things about my experience at Bill Collins. Mark was my salesman and Bill Jordan helped finalize the deal. Mark gave me his phone # and told me to let him know if I ever needed anything. I had to bring my car in to have the brakes & rotors changed, so I sent Mark a quick text to get info on how to do that. Unbeknownst to me Mark was on vacation but DID NOT hesitate to help me out & even messaged Bill to ask if he’d follow through to get me taken care of.
