He took the time to explain in great detail every different trim package in the truck I was interested in. They understood my budget and nailed it within a few quotes and conversation. I worked with Mike in the financial department. He also was patient and explained everything in great detail, guiding me in what I needed and what was probably a waste of my time, considering my lifestyle pertaining to driving.
